Delivery of Wheel Chairs and other Rotary events in Costa Rica

Hugo and Manuela will re-cap the thrill of providing over two hundred wheel chairs to needy patients in Costa Rica. They will tell about visits to various Rotary clubs and share photos of the events they  visited.
